  12.     This is my contribution to the fight for human prices for good
  13.     software and methods! I did it for OOA. [And I will do it again
  14.     when I again find another so over-priced product].
  15.  
  16.     The tool is a complete documentation development pakage for
  17.      Peter Coads OOA method.
  18.     It is build around an easy to use graphic object editor and is 
  19.     capable of documenting all objects, their attributes, services 
  20.     and also associations between objects.

  22.     In oposite to Coad's OOATool (tm) $50-version it has no constraints 
  23.     in number of objects (OO Doc Tool has been successfully run with 
  24.     139 objects!) and it's $950 cheaper than the commercial version.

  26.     The resulting file is ASCII with open & documented format,
  27.     i.e. it's easy to add own utilities for data extraction.
  28.  
  29.     The tools distributed as freeware for students and as shareware
  30.     for others ($50/home user license, $150/5 licenses for others).

  32.     Complete user documentation is attached in form of a hypertext
  33.     windows-help file.
